Schaeffler AG postpones Annual General Meeting due to the corona crisis

Due to the increasing spread of the Corona virus and the associated ban on large events, Schaeffler AG is postponing its Annual General Meeting, which was previously planned for April 17, 2020 in Nuremberg.

The new date for the Annual General Meeting will be announced promptly. The date will lie within the period of eight months of the current financial year stipulated by company law. The invitation to the Annual General Meeting is issued within the legally stipulated period.
